It's still available. Doesn't seem to be very good though -- the GM's rules are slanted heavily in favor of the players (Monty Haul, anyone?) and it jackhammers you with the scripture lessons -- not too open-ended apparently.
Easier, if you want to do that sort of thing, to just get a copy of FUDGE and wing it...

So have I. Playing DOOM, reading/watching "Harry Potter", and watching anime like "Mahou Tsukai Tai", "Mahou Sensei Negima" etc. PROTIP: They're all fictional.
And that's the difference.
