Maybe its time to ask the other question: Is Christianity relevant for men today. Maybe men need a religion of Gods and Heros who weren't afraid to kick some female butt.

1. If you have a problem where you think men are leaving the church because they think like that your reaction should be that you need to teach your children better morals.

Last time I read Hindu, Greek, Roman, Sumerian and Chinese mythology, they all kicked male and non-human asses. Not this one either.
If men can't handle the fact that women can preach the Gospel as well as they can, then they shouldn't be in church to begin with.
There are plenty of Gods you can choose from, Bob. You can choose Hera, who effectively kicked the butt of almost every woman who was unfortunate enough to attract Zeus, Tsukiyomi, who killed the goddess Uke-Mochi over dinner, or Huitzilopochtli, who decapitated his own stepsister. well Zeus shagged about a bit as did the other Olympians. The Allfather had his very own band of female ball crushers, etc, etc. Can't remember anything in my extensive reading that covers kicking "female butt". Though I seem to remember that Heracles conquered the Amazon queen (sorry I'm showing off a bit)
But nowhere have tehre been men so insecure as to beat up women.

I hope it's Christina Aguilera. There's someone I'd worship. Not as my first choice, but she's on the list.
If it takes abuse and violence to get the men back into the pulpits, then I'd say no, let them stay out.
