That's not really a properly formed question. The process of evolution is timeless. The act of evolution has been occurring as long as life has existed. The Theory of Evolution is about 1.5 centuries old.

Well, due to evolution, every living organism is a GMO, but in the sense you meant, no.

Trees seem to do fine at reproducing without human intervention. And those trees that get planted? Where do they come from if the original trees don't reproduce?
