fschmidt shows that he fails biology as well as being a misogynistic fool.
@Renon:
Biology does not work that way.
First, you have to define 'man' and 'woman' and 'female' and 'male'. I suspect you meant 'man' = '46,XY-karyotype; male habitus; and male gender identity' and 'woman' = '46,XX-karyotype; female habitus; and female gender identity'. This is an over simplification, but it applies to ~98% of people.
Karyotype is locked shortly after conception (and can include mosaicism, where different cells in one person's body have different karyotypes). Habitus (basically body shape & features) is determined by hormones during growth and development, and not always directly connected to karyotype. Gender identity is separate from those other two.
46,XY karyotype individuals are distinct from 46,XX karyotype individuals (and from 47,XXY and 47,XYY and 45,XO and a long list of other possibilities), although the populations do overlap in habitus and gender identity.
There are some basic biochemical differences between 46,XY and 46,XX. While a trans-woman or a complete-androgen-insensitivity-syndrome-woman will be entirely female in gender identity and habitus, she will not be able become pregnant because her genes suppressed the development of a uterus.
And all of that is just for human/ape sex determination. Other lineages have evolved different systems than XX/XY. Some use XX/XO (two copies female, one copy male), others use ZW/ZZ (one copy female, two copies male), and a bunch of reptiles all have the same karyotype and determine sex by temperature during a particular stage of incubation.
