Televangelist Jim Bakker sat down today with Ramiro Peña, a Texas-based pastor and a member of Donald Trump’s Hispanic advisory board, to discuss Peña’s recent meeting with Trump and other religious leaders in the White House.
While criticizing calls to impeach Trump, Bakker said that such a move would lead to war: “If it happens, there will be a civil war in the United States of America. The Christians will finally come out of the shadows because we are going to be shut up permanently if we’re not careful.”
Last week, Bakker warned that Trump’s impeachment would bring about God’s judgment on America.

However impeaching Obama will lead to rainbows and flowers.
Ok I'll bite. Whatsofuckingever is christian about Trump? He obviously doesn't live after christian morals (I distinctly remember Jesus being against divorce for example), isn't helping the poor, revels in his own luxury, isn't humble at all... is it something like Kim Davis, who also broke the rule about divorce that Jesus was very clear about, but that was ok since she was going against homosexuals (which Jesus himself said nothing about)? Ah, forget about it, it's the money and the media presence you are after, right? Jesus would be so proud.
Trump is not a religious leader. He's not even a leader, he's a fumbling buffoon, the laughing stock of the rest of the world. .
Impeaching Nixon did not lead to war. The constant screeching from Republicans, during Obama's presidency, of impeaching him for, well, being black, was apparently not a risk of civil war.
Trump might well be God's judgment on America; "Here's the stupidest, most corrupt and narcissistic dolt I could find. If you're stupid enough to elect him, then you're too stupid for Heaven."

I thought electing Obama, re-electing Obama, legalizing gay marriage, legalizing weed, and not giving you enough money were supposed to being about God's Judgment. Perhaps they did, and he said "Good, bout damn time y'all were doing something right". Ever think of that?
Now we're pissing off the rest of the world, weakening our trade position, damaging our credibility, and weakening the non-rich. Tired of winning yet?

And America does not negotiate with terrorists.
Trump and other religious leaders
What can I say about this?
@ Thinking Allowed
I have to wonder if Jimmy is pulling for The Orange Snowflake because that may mean possible money in his pocket.
You can bet it means $ in Trump's pocket. I'd borrow money to bet on that.
Maybe there will be a Trump Church. He's tried just about every other scam, but
leave it to Tangerine Caligula to bankrupt even that sure winner. He could claim
"Reverend" and not have to pay any tax.
The Christians - who are even now on talk shows, radio, the internet, pouring out this drivel, who have enormous churches funded with tax-free tithes, who have a string of Presidents broken only by the wrong kind of Christian - those Christians - are going to come out of the shadows? What would you know about shadows?
there will be a civil war in the United States of America.
Fap, fap, fap...
...The Christians will finally come out of the shadows...
That's a bold statement, Jim. Christians coming out of the shadows and going public?!? It's difficult to imagine, but I'll try:
They'll finally be able to run for office! They'll even be able to make their Christianity a prominent part of their campaign! Glory!
Just imagine! They'll be able to worship freely, in the churches of their choosing! Their places of worship won't be taxed! Hosanna!
Why, they'll finally be able to assemble and have public demonstrations. At long last, they'll be able to protest abortion and rally against LGBTQ rights!
They'll finally...FINALLY...be able to get their own TV shows, and their proclamations will be publicly available on the internet! Free at last...free at last...thank GOD ALMIGHTY, they'll be free at last!!!
Won't that be something, Jim?
Last week, Bakker warned that Trump’s impeachment would bring about God’s judgment on America.
If I was a believer I'd be concerned that Trump, himself, might be a god's judgment.
there would be shit, Trumps followers aren't smart, eg: Jim Bakker.
But when you subtract those that has lost faith in him and those too lazy and full of bluster only, it's nothing like civil war.
The Christians will finally come out of the shadows

@creativerealms
That's it.
Before Trump "won" he was pushing the free dried drek on fear of a Hillary Presidency.
After he "won" it was the fear of left wing riots that would make it unsafe to go out.
Now, Three month on it's the threat of impeachment what's causing unrest.
There always something to fear
There's always a reason to stock up on free dried food
Confused?
