Matters of constitutionality notwithstanding, how many "Church of Satan (Reformed)" places of worship have you seen out in the world (assuming you're allowed out there?). They should be easy enough to spot, with the upside-down pentagrams, goat statues, blood sluicing into the gutter, black metal hymns at all hours, and what-have-you.
Devil-worshippers are EXTREMELY rare, if they even truly exist. Most modern day satanists are LaVey-satanists, which has nothing to do with Satan - it's just a name.
