Well, I tried looking at it that way, but I got this hell of a crick in my neck, so I decided to look at it from realities point of view. Makes more sense, and I'm not left in pain.
Just a few thoughts God has put into my head

First, how do you know those thoughts are directly from God and not the result of someone who fears something they don't understand?
Second, science is not and never has been about proving God wrong, it's a way to explore the world. More than that, how is science proving God right? What does God think is right, and when did he tell you?
The more we learn from science the more we prove God doesn't seem to have much do with us one way or the other. He didn't stop the Plague. He also didn't stop us from curing it ourselves. He didn't stop lightning. He also didn't stop us from inventing the lightning rod. The Bible claims He stopped us from building the Tower of Babel, but He must have known there's no way a mud brick and bitumen tower could reach even a hundred feet, so the whole story makes no sense. Anyway, He didn't stop us from building the Empire State Building.
In short, He doesn't seem to help us with our problems nor does He help or hinder us in solving them ourselves.
Y'know, if your omni-everything super-duper god didn't want Satan running around loose in the world, he could just squash him whenever he wanted. Better yet, he could have not created him in the first place.

Against science, are ya? Well, get the f*ck off your computer then. Never used a plane either, have you? Or a car? Go, live in a cave if you hate science so much. I hear there are a couple of nice ones in Afghanistan - and funnily enough I think you'll find some like-minded chaps there.

We saw during the Medieval ages what God was offering, thank you. I think we'll stick to what science can offer. If you want to call smallpox-eradication, electricity, vaccinations and antibiotics, transistors, computers and the Internet products of Satan, then please, by all means stay away from them. There are more than enough people who appreciate what science and scientists have done for us.
The more we learn from science, the more we realize that God is not needed, and that the Bible is just a compilation of tales written by people who didn't know better.
