How many times must I tell you that not everything is about you? When I cheered that Obama won, there was no hidden message behind that, much less a hidden message saying "FUCK YOU CHRISTIANS". Srsly. Egotistical much?
I know that this may be because I was raised in an evil liberal area to be an evil liberal independent woman, but personally? I would be GLAD if gay people felt comfortable enough that they could kiss or hold hands in front of a bunch of strangers like me. It means we have tolerance and/or acceptance, something I'm very glad is back in the White House.
Also, as much as the Christian fundamentalists hate to mention it, young people like me (i.e., 20s) don't see homosexuality as an abomination--what they DO see as an abomination is poverty and global warming. Fortunately for us, the time of intolerant "Christianity," focusing on things Jesus didn't even talk about, is slowly coming to an end. : )

In 18 degree Fahrenheit weather with a wind chill resulting in 8 degrees, I selfishly neglected to go out and do some "unspeakables" on the Mall to honor the Antichrist's Inauguration. Instead, I sat in my warm bed watching the Satanic debauch on LIBERAL MSNBC.
