I thought you were an "A"theist. How do you prove that your belief in God does not exist?

An A theist is a Doctor in Theology, as far as I´m concerned. Anyway, how do you prove that God exists?, blank, how do you prove that God doesn´t exist?, blank. I believe in God(or not), how do you know it?, please, are you offending me?

I know you'd like to hope that atheists are just people who are in denial about their beliefs, but sorry, gotta break it to you: we really, truly don't believe in your (or any) god.
If I have a ball in my hand and I say it exists, all I need do is open my hand and show you it exists. If the ball did not exist, I would open my hand and there would be no ball. I do not see any god. Do you?
How do you prove that your belief in God does not exist belief in God doesn't exist is easy. Proving God doesn't exist is thus far impossible. As is proving God exists. If no one has done it in 2,500 years, neither Linux98 nor anyone else is likely to succeed.
...ok, seriously. I don't really think it matters weather or not my belief in god exists. surely it would be a lot more fruitful for you to try and prove that god exists? because, you know, that could actually be used as an argument for ANYTHING. k?
Already proven. Strictly speaking, if I recall my French philosophy courses correctly, existence only applies to matter. Since beliefs are not material, they don't exist. QED.
