How can you be against life, family and the continuity of the human race?? You'd have to be inhuman. You'd have to be a monster.
What in God's divine name makes these people tick?
I no longer see these [pro-choice] "people" as human beings. I shall henceforth refer to them as malcontented bipeds, Homo Liberalis if you will.

NOBODY is pro-abortion. We support legalizing it because banning it just leads to a rise in illegal back-alley abortions. By keeping it legal, we can keep it under control.
And tell me: if you people are so in favor of life, why are you in favor of the death penalty and full-scale war at the drop of a hat? If you're so in favor of families, why do you want to break up families that don't fit your standards? If you're so in favor of the continuity of the human race, why do you keep cheering at the thought of your deity killing everyone?
family and the continuity of the human race??
1. Family? What family? Most people who have abortions are incapable of providing a family for any children they may have.
2. Technically, less Humans are better for continuing the Human race at this point, but that's no reason to be pro-choice and Humans are going to do fine with the small portion of the population who do end up having an abortion. That would be like me telling someone, (perhaps like yourself) who believed in capital punishment, that they were against the "continuity of the Human race" for killing prisoners. It's something that I think is wrong, but being melodramatic about it wouldn't help my case.
"I no longer see these 'people' as human beings . ...Homo Liberalis, if you will." [Emphasis mine]
Nononono, you're supposed to contradict yourself in the same sentence, not consecutive ones.
Oh, and just a minor niggle, "liberalis" should be all in lower-case.
What ever happened to "I'm Prolife for myself, but since I can't make that choice for anyone else, I'm Prochoice for everyone else... " I miss the reasonableness.
I guess I'm a malcontented biped - I don't agree with the strict liberal line and I prefer the opposite sex.
They just don't get it do they?
The argument isn't about abortion, it's about not forcing someone to do what YOU think they should.
Look, anyone who wants to have a child can go have as many as they want. Although shit like the Duggars does kind of piss me off, I'm not going to start sneaking birth control pills into her morning coffee.
And the human race is doing just fine. In fact if we don't start slowing down natures going to 'cull the herd'. It's already tried with diseases like AIDS, but there's other nasties out there that will make that epidemic look like a cake walk.
"I shall henceforth refer to them as malcontented bipeds, Homo Liberalis if you will."
What a devastating blow to liberals everywhere! Not.
We are not against family, life or the continuity of the human race. We want people to be able to, to some extent, plan their family.
Having a child as a single girl of 16 is seldom good, neither to her, to the child nor to society.
Allowing her to postpone the family until she has finished school, got a job, and found a person she want to spend the rest of her life with, that is pro-family as I see it.
The Earth is dangerously over-populated as it is. We have to reduce the population in some way if we want to continue as a species.
Killing off the already alive ones is a bad idea. Reducing the number of births seem like a much better idea.
I am much rather Homo Liberalis, than Homo Duressis or Homo Incarcerus.
You are aware that Liberalis means freedom, right?
"How can you be against life, family and the continuity of the human race?? You'd have to be inhuman. You'd have to be a monster."
We ask this question every time you post.
How can you be against life, family and the continuity of the human race??"
I dunno. Can you name me someone who is?
"Pro-choice" doesn't mean wanting to pull every fetus out of every pregnant woman on earth. It just means wanting to give women the right to choose what to do with their own bodies.
And I don't think we have to worry about the continuity of the human race. Not with 6 1/2 billion people and idiots like the quiverfull people.
"How can you be against life, family and the continuity of the human race?"
You could be a misanthrope? A manic depressive? A sociopath? Someone obsessively narcissistic and selfish?
[How can you be against life, family and the continuity of the human race??]
Nice strawman you've got there. Well, not really.
[You'd have to be inhuman. You'd have to be a monster.]
Yet God, if he exists, causes untold numbers of spontaneous abortions every day.
[I no longer see these [pro-choice] "people" as human beings.]
Now who's "against the continuity of the human race"???
[I shall henceforth refer to them as malcontented bipeds, Homo Liberalis if you will.]
You can, if you like. That's your opinion.
Just like it's my opinion that you're a jackass.
"How can you be against life, family and the continuity of the human race??"
Yes, (according to fundies) the human population has grown from two to ONLY 6.8 billion in 6,000 years. How can we ensure the growth of our species with lagging fertility numbers like those?
How can you be against life, family and the continuity of the human race??
Pro-choice people aren't against those things. They are for choice, as the name implies. Durrr.
"How can you be against life, family and the continuity of the human race?? You'd have to be inhuman. You'd have to be a monster."
1. "Pass the hamburger."
2. If "family" is so great in real life, and not just in that "Leave it to Beaver" picture in your head, why are so many dysfunctional? Without family, there would be no incest.
3. Just how is a panty-sniffer like you important to the continuity of the human race, and how many do you think we need... just to be on the safe side?
Face it. Your only real fear is that some descendant of yours will be allowed to be Gay and your dynasty of gun-toting, beer-swilling he-men will come to an end.
Oh, and throwing in a death-wish for the human race is either projection or reducto ad absurdium. Which is it?
Being pro-choice doesn't make me "against life, family and the continuity of the human race."
There are plenty of living things of which I am in favor. I just don't feel every pregnancy must result in a baby.
I AM in favor of families. Heterosexual or homosexual parents raising children, couples without children, single people with extended families. I don't allow you to define "family."
The survival of the human race does not depend upon making as many babies as possible. In fact, allowing for the termination of some pregnancies we are slowing the rate of population rise which actually benefits the continuing of the human race. There will always be plenty of breeders.
I no longer see these [fundy, anti-choice, anti-everything] "people" as human beings. I shall henceforth refer to them as malcontented bipeds, brain-dead Arch Conservatives if you will.
FIXED.
Never, even if all countries legalise abortion, will every single fetus for an entire generation be aborted, and will the human race go extinct.
@Rumpshaker slim
"Does anyone else think "malcontented bipeds" would be a good band name?"
Yes! Like "Munchausen by Proxy" in "Yes-Man". Maybe the band could sing about atheist/liberal values... Cuz, as Arch Conservative says, we're all "malcontented bipeds"... Maybe their first single could be called "Homo Liberalis". Teehee!
How can you worship a deity who is against life, family and the continuity of the human race?? You'd have to be subhuman. You'd have to be a monster (emphasis added):
Hosea 13:16: 'Samaria will be held guilty, For she has rebelled against her God. They will
fall by the sword, Their little ones will be dashed in pieces, And their pregnant women will be ripped open. '
God aborted the first baby born to David through Bathsheba. To say nothing of the hundreds of thousands of women with child murdered in the Flood. And all those who miscarried as a result of the plagues wrought upon Egypt.
Pregnant women died as a result of military actions in Iraq & Afghanistan ordered by George Dumbya Bush.
What in humanity's name makes these fundies tick?
I no longer see these [pro-life] "people" as human beings. I shall henceforth refer to them as malcontented bipeds, Homo Inferioris if you will.
fixed
Confused?
