Yeah, that pretty much sums up my opinion too.
Also, what Mikgof said. Fighting hatred with hatred isn't going to solve anything. It just creates a perpetual cycle of revenge and suffering. You want muslims to stop joining the extremists? Then stop putting them in the same boat! There's a reason "then let me be evil" is a trope.
