I was about to get all factual on this jerk, but you know what? It's not worth it. He obviously knows that medical science has shown it to be caused by a virus; he just wants to see the world through a Dark Ages mentality, so he rejects reality. There's no point in arguing facts with someone who point-blank rejects reality.
That is why it spreads in societies that live in denial, like some parts of Africa. The fact that AIDS is not that much of a problem here in the western world is because we are repeatedly told the cause. And you owe the fact you don't have to live with HIV to all the intelligent people around you, YOU FUCKWIT!
Apparently, for some people, believing HIV is a virus created by God to kill homosexuals is not delusional enough. Surprising? Sadly, no.
