And folks, I'm tellin' ya, there are people that are so dedicated to that stupid Evolution theory that they will block out from their mind - and from print, if they can - anything that goes against it.
They defend the theory with religious fervor.

FIXED!
"Render unto Caesar, that which is Caesar's"
Kent, you're a litmus test for the stupidity of the country and the willingness of people to grasp at straws. DIAF.
Yer a fucktard fundie, Kentipoo.
I believe the reason he is being treated well in jail is that he has a tight asshole and gives a good blow-job.
"why do they give him an internet connection in jail?"
Actually, it's from one of his old lectures.
Watch the whole video, it's insane!
"Dr." Hovind strikes again.
This is a common ploy; pretend that it's actually Darwinian Evolution that's predicated on a religion, not YEC.
The YECs tried to turn the tables by declaring Evolution a "religion", but it works only with other under-educated fundamentalists.
Kent, if the truth were that all the universe was contained in a pre-schooler's crayola scrawlings, and that's what we could glean from the evidence, we'd be defending that with religious fervor while you and your ilk would keep pushing the unsupported "many small changes over time" theory.
Some people prefer truth over profiteering off others' need for hope, you tax-cheating waste of oxygen.
If all else fails, argue that evolution is a religion, because both sides of the argument agree that creationism isn't science. If everything you say is complete bullshit, I guess it's the next best thing to accuse your opponent of saying the same bullshit.

I love the further irony that the guy who posted the video, who apparently agrees with Hovind, has disabled comments.
Oh, and the fact that his user icon proclaims him to be an infidel, but apparently only with respect to Arabic worship of the god of Abraham.
[...there are people that are so dedicated to that stupid Evolution theory that they will block out from their mind - and from print, if they can - anything that goes against it.]
...and then there are other people that will believe it to be false in spite of the evidence to the contrary.
What's so stupid about it, Kent? Let's hear it.
[They defend the theory with religious fervor.]
Because religious fervor is bad, right, Kent?
By the way...how's prison?

And you can't even send him a PM unless he adds you as a friends.
Edit: By the way, watch this excellent rebuttal by Extant Dodo!
But what has gone against it? So far, all creationists have done is supplied unsupported "maybe" arguments, god-of-the-gaps arguments and arguments from personal incredulity. The whole of Intelligent Design is basically an "I can't see how evolution could be true, therefore it isn't" argument. Biblical creationists say "maybe the speed of light changed" or "maybe nuclear decay rates aren't constant". Fine. Prove they aren't or provide a testable mechanism and then we'll talk. And "You can't explain X, therefore God must have done it" isn't a valid argument, either. They said the same thing about lightning and the Plague.
No, we defend the theory with intelligent fervour. Sends fake 'doctors' running for the hills.
P.S. Say hi to Bubba for me.
There is no theory so true that somewhere there isn't an idiot willing to support it.
But Kent, that's the exception, not the rule.
BTW, your name, "Kent". Your parents were perceptive, but couldn't spell correctly, right?
John_In_Oz: "...BTW, your name, "Kent". Your parents were perceptive, but couldn't spell correctly, right?"
Maybe they were just big on Chaucer--among others, he uses "Kent" as an alternate spelling for that particular organ.
...Although, upon thought, is it really fair to vaginas to invite comparison between them and Kent Hovind?
And folks, I'm tellin' ya, there are people that are so dedicted to that stupid ID theory that they will block out from their mind - and from print, if they can - anything that goes against it.
They defend the theory with religious fervor.
FIXED! And it makes a LOT more sense.
Confused?
