They're becoming too powerful and monopolistic.

No, it's just an enabler of knowledge. Whatever you want to know more about, you can find there. But you have to know how to sift and sort through all the irrelevant stuff, to find the right information. Maybe you have trouble with this? Or is your faith so feeble that a bit of knowledge will eradicate it?

You can find evidence of fundamentalist cultism's self destructive tendencies with lots of search engines, not only Google. Fundamental cultism wants everything destroyed, including itself. It is the ultimate death cult, a social club for the mentally insane.
