[Around and around we go...]
That passage also does not contradict any other scripture. And those who claim it does, have an incorrect interpretation. So instead of looking for scripture to disagree with other scripture, look for scripture to agree with other scripture and your interpretation will be correct.

Uh, yeah, so...
If your evidence contradicts itself, ignore and look elsewhere. If it happens to agree, boost it and tell everyone this is the correct way to do it...?
Alright, some people in science do this, but they are generally evicted from the scientific community once they're discovered.
Am I to believe that this practice is in fact encouraged in the theological community?

You have pointed something out I haven't realized, but care not to look at, so I have no choice but to just declare that you just aren't seeing it right, while I obviously am. The way you do this is by carefully combing through the Bible, finding quotes that suit your needs, and ignoring those that do not.

Because, as everyone knows, if you ignore contradictions that means they're not there.
In other words...
If you selectively cherry-pick your data, you'll reach a foregone conclusion?
I would *love* to debate you face to face.
The bible is not a "book." It is a collection of books, written by people over a span of several hundred years. Most of them not have the other books of the bible to refer to. In addition, it is doubtful that any of the original authors intended for their work to be compiled into a "bible."
This, of course, assuming you do not believe that god dictated the whole thing. If that is the case, either he is very confused or Heidi is.
Confused?
