And what kind of mythical organizer are we talking about? Not every group just follows a leader without question or even at all. Hard for you to imagine, I know, but at least try to consider the possibility.

He failed dismally, didn't he? The "environment" was much more conducive for pedophilia before the gay-liberation, when kids were mostly seen as property, not individuals.

"Nonce" is easier and more succinct than "Kid-Diddler", "Pedophile", "Hebephile" or "Ephebophile". It represents all those things in one neat simple little word. Nonce and Noncery.
Likewise; I like "Snog" ('Deep smooching'/'Making out') and "Shag" ('Having sex') as well as "Rentboy/Rentgirl" for a Prostitute or Escort (I rather use 'Rentguy/Rentgal').
Not a Brit-thing, but "Gay" to me represents "All Homosexuals" with "Theban" & Lesbian" for Gay males and females, respectively.

I remember seeing that dopey Boys Beware PSA. The weird thing is is that, without mentioning "homosexuality", it could've been just another average "Stranger Danger"/"Pedophile" PSA. Replace the word "homosexual" with "pedophile" in the narration and it would've been a lot more accurate and make a lot more sense. But NO; The idiots who made it turned what would've been a PSA about avoiding nonces and turned it into a nasty bigoted homophobic screed.
