Name me one bad thing President George Bush has done while in office. You can't name any. Many democrats and liberals were so angry with him getting into office not once ,but twice because they know that the Republican Canidate was divinely inspired. They do not have God on their side, and they are sour and bitter over it.

Lying to get us into a pointless war in Iraq, then lying about the progress we've been making in said war, and making sure that thousands of American lives are spent just to keep oil prices around $3-$4 a gallon so the oil companies can make obscene profits.
Crusading against equal rights for gay people.
Putting an end to federal funding for stem-cell research
Attacking the civil liberties for both US citizens and POWs.
Doing nothing to supply the troops with adequate health care.
Lying about having God on his side so you morons would do anything he tells you to.
Managing to turn the budget surplus in the largest budget deficit ever.
The No Child Left Behind bullshit education reform.
Hiring Blackwater mercaneries to supplement wanning army recruitment and then turning a blind eye when they actually open fire on actual American soldiers.

War in Iraq, vetoing public health care for children and how about the EXTREME national debt? Oh, and the failing Social Security system, the drop in economy, the hike in gas prices. Drop in education standards, lack of scientific and medical funding, failing healthcare system not to mention the TAX CUTS FOR THE RICH. You know, the people who DON'T NEED THEM. Vetoing countless laws. Except wait...that's right. George W Dickhead has never ACTUALLY vetoed anything because he's learned how to cheat and write clauses for all the bills that march before him explaining WHY HE DOESN'T HAVE TO FOLLOW THEM AND WHY THEY SHOULDN'T BE PASSED. He leaves the rest up to an indecisive and ineffective Congress whose main concern is getting re-elected.

Actually, I'm undecided, and I hate him because he's lacks the ablility to speak in public, he has a conflict of interest with oil companies, and the list goes on...

Ah, yes...

Bush ignored intelligence reports prior to 9/11 ("Bin Laden determined to strike in U.S.").
Then he exploited 9/11 to further his political agenda.
He appointed "loyal Bushies" to high ranking offices in the government, creating a system in which servility counts more than competence, prime example being Michael Brown, former director of FEMA, whose incompetence cost many lives after Hurricane Katrina devastated New Orleans. See also Alberto Gonzales and how attorneys selected by this administration brushed crimes committed by Republicans under the carpet.
He obstructed the investigation following up the Valorie Plame scandal by refusing to cooperate with the committee of inquiry.
He pardoned Lewis "Scooter" Libby, turning the U.S. legal system into a travesty once more.
He wasted billions of dollars on the National Missile Defense program.
He has needlessly alienated U.S. allies.
He redirected U.S. foreign aid into ineffective abstinence-only programs.
He sold out nature reserves to out of control land developers.
He censored scientific research on global warming.

He brought death and destruction down upon an innocent country through a web of lies and deceit, thereby sinking the nation he is supposed to protect into a quagmire of financial difficulties that allowed us Canadians to look down upon the value of the U.S. dollar for the first time since I was old enough to understand economics.

I don't know what you elect your politicians to do, but these are two things they normally should be able to do:
1- Ensure the well-being of the people who elected him.
2- Maintain positive relations with other countries.

This basically means that he failed in his leadership role towards (1) his own country and (2) everybody else's.

That some pretty epic fail.

Let's start with colluding with his brother to steal the presidential election. Then how about his lying to the American public about WMD and Iraq's supposed ties to Al Queda? And then using that lie to start a war with a country that did nothing to provoke us?

What about refusing to disallow torture of prisoners? or the bullshit "enemy combatant" end run around Constitutional guarantees? The Patriot Act? Trying to turn mail carriers and meter readers into spies?

How about slaughtering the thriving economy he inherited from Bill? What about prohibiting advancement in medical research? or denying some of our citizens equal rights under the law because he doesn't like how they are different from him? How about being too stupid to know when he is being manipulated and too greedy to care?

It would be a much shorter list if you asked for one good thing he's done in office...I can't think of any.

Did you know that members of scientific advisory groups to the government are screened for their political views and asked whether they voted for the president?

On February 18, 2004, 62 preeminent scientists including Nobel laureates, National Medal of Science recipients, former senior advisers to administrations of both parties, numerous members of the National Academy of Sciences, and other well-known researchers released a statement titled Restoring Scientific Integrity in Policy Making. In this statement, the scientists charged the Bush administration with widespread and unprecedented "manipulation of the process through which science enters into its decisions." The scientists' statement made brief reference to specific cases that illustrate this pattern of behavior. In conjunction with the statement, the Union of Concerned Scientists (UCS) released detailed documentation backing up the scientists’ charges in its report, Scientific Integrity in Policy Making.

Since the release of the UCS report in February 2004, the administration has continued to undermine the integrity of science in policy making seemingly unchecked. Many scientists have spoken out about their frustration with an administration that has undermined the quality of the science that informs policy making by suppressing, distorting, or manipulating the work done by scientists at federal agencies and on scientific advisory panels. For instance, Michael Kelly, a biologist who had served at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's National Marine Fisheries Service for nine years, recently resigned his position and issued an indictment of Bush administration practices. As Kelly wrote, "I speak for many of my fellow biologists who are embarrassed and disgusted by the agency's apparent misuse of science."1

Scientific Integrity in Policy Making: Further investigation of the Bush administration's abuse of science investigates several new incidents that have surfaced since the February 2004 UCS report. These new incidents have been corroborated through in-depth interviews and internal government documents, including some documents released through the Freedom of Information Act. The cases that follow include:

egregious disregard of scientific study, across several agencies, regarding the environmental impacts of mountaintop removal mining;
censorship and distortion of scientific analysis, and manipulation of the scientific process, across several issues and agencies in regard to the Endangered Species Act;
distortion of scientific knowledge in decisions about emergency contraception;
new evidence about the use of political litmus tests for scientific advisory panel appointees. These new revelations put to rest any arguments offered by the administration that the cases to date have been isolated incidents involving a few bad actors.
Concern in the scientific community has continued to grow. In the months since the original UCS report, more than 12,000 scientists have signed onto the scientists' statement. Signers include 52 Nobel laureates, 62 National Medal of Science recipients, and 195 members of the National Academy of Sciences. A number of these scientists have served in multiple administrations, both Democratic and Republican, underscoring the unprecedented nature of this administration's practices and demonstrating that the issues of scientific integrity transcend partisan politics.

The United States has an impressive history of investing in and reaping the benefits of scientific research. The actions by the Bush administration threaten to undermine the morale and compromise the integrity of scientists working for and advising America's world-class governmental research institutions and agencies. Not only does the public expect and deserve government to provide it with accurate information, the government has a responsibility to ensure that policy decisions are not based on intentionally or knowingly flawed science. To do so carries serious implications for the health, safety, and environment of all Americans.

How about:

1) Opening up sensitive protected habitats to oil drilling;
2) Rounding up hundreds of enemy combatants at Guantanamo
Bay with no plan as to what to do with them, under a
contrived legal status that makes an end-run around both
the Bill of Rights and the Geneva Convention.
3) Wasting huge amounts of money, military resources,
American and Iraqi lives on a war initiated under false
pretenses, breeding terrorists, diverting resources
from Afghanistan, and squandering the international
goodwill towards America resulting from 9/11.
4) Spying on American citizens without warrants.
5) Effectively suspending Habeas Corpus.
6) Mandating the use of torture.
7) Muzzling government scientists on topics ranging from
birth control to global warming.
8) Using taxpayers' money to fund faith-based programs, in
violation of the Establishment Clause.
9) Pushing Abstinence-Only sex education despite growing
evidence it does not work.
10)Muzzling protesters under the guise of security.
11)Performing an ideological purge of the Department of
Justice.
12)Blocking funding for research on embryonic stem cells
despite bipartisan support for such.
13)Blocking a bill to expand health insurance to poor
children despite bipartisan support for such.
14)Creating the largest budget deficit in U.S. history.

I may have missed some. With Bush they come at you pretty fast.

Name one? I can name much more than that.

1. Starting the war in Iraq, for no apparent reason, except they have oil.
2. Doing nothing as the WTC went down.
3. Being almost illiterate and not seemingly trying to better himself.
4. Letting others rule in his stead, while taking the blame for their stupidity and greed.
5. Stealing one election, maybe two.
6. Throwing out all care for the less fortunate of his brothers and sisters, including the Veterans, and the Soldiers fighting in Iraq.
7. Creating a Chock Doctrine, making the people of the US willing to cut down on their human rights and their freedom rights, in order to "fight terrorism". If you give up one iota of freedom, the terrorists have already won.
