Everyone person deserves to go to hell, but God is a loving, merciful God, and not everyone is going to go there. You are going to have to understand that YES, everything you do IS a sin. You are not only not a good person, you are an EVIL person. The issue isn't that you sin, it's that YOU'VE NEVER DONE ANYTHING BUT SIN. And it is NOT wrong for a Holy Righteous judge to send law breakers to prison. Only the ones breaking the law think such things as those.

Truly if this were the case, the Born Again Brigade wouldn't take so much pleasure in promising me that my actions (meaning anything they don't approve of) are going to land me in Hell. If God judges, why do Christians feel the need to? Could it be that most Christians can't even control the most mudane aspects of their own lives and therefore have to project their misery and ignorance on anyone who isn't drinking the same Cool Aid?
YES, everything you do IS a sin.
Now this guy is insane. I've never even heard a fundamentalist say that.
So what he's saying is an omnipotent being invented a bunch of arbitrary and elaborate rules that absolutely no one can possibly follow, and then is "merciful" because he doesn't punish people for not following them?
YOU'VE NEVER DONE ANYTHING BUT SIN
So he's saying God's rules are impossible for anyone to follow. Why did God create rules that are impossible to follow and then punish people for not following them? It sounds like He deliberately sets people up to fail so He can either punish them or pat Himself on the back for being "merciful".
it is NOT wrong for a Holy Righteous judge to send law breakers to prison.
Yes it is, if the rules are arbitrary and impossible for anyone to follow. And why does God care if the rules are broken? He's invincible, so humans breaking rules can't possibly affect him or harm him.
Only the ones breaking the law think such things as those.
Who are "only the ones breaking the law"? He just said everyone breaks the law.
And how does this "loving, merciful" skullfucker of a g0d tie in with successful humanist secular law, anyway?
And how are you qualified to pull some Holy Righteous judgment out of your ass, anyway?
And who gives a flying fuck what you believe, anyway?
YES, everything you do IS a sin.
So, basically, there's no point in trying not to sin, because everything we do is a sin. But you're going to Heaven because you're saved, even though everyone deserves Hell and everything is a sin.
Um, yeah...
Seriously, everything? No. Not so much.
Your god doesn't even say that. Who is the blasphemer now, o ye who presumes to overrule God?
So your god creates an evil being then punishes me for that.
Yeah, that's a being I want to worship. Are you this big of an asshole in real life?
"Never done anything but sin"? How is that even possible?
Unless all forms of physical movement, mental action, and metabolic process have suddenly become sinful.
Man, if an all loving God sends 2/3 of his creation to hell because they don't believe in him, it's not a loving God. And if we sin all the time, what can I say?, your theological idea of hell makes no sense whatsoever.
"YES, everything you do IS a sin"
Let's stop praying, reading the bible and believing. We'll be damned for that.
I'm a good person and not everything I do is sin! some things i do, could be considered sinning, but I don't give a shit!
it's time for some therapy, kid!
HOW do people live with this mindset?
In fear and insecurity, and with a tendency to develop psychoses.
Ok, but what did I actually do?
Really, you have yourself convinced, but what finite thing did ever I do that deserves infinite punishment?
And why are you anti-abortion, if it gives the unborn an excemption from God's holy temper tantrums?
And when you define Sin as anything that humans have a predisposition to, of course it's difficult to do anything other than sin. Not to mention, it seems to me that deriding any unbelievers as the pinnacle of evil is a tad arrogant. Judge not lest ye be judged?
And why are you anti-abortion, if it gives the unborn an exemption from God's holy temper tantrums?
Because God has the right to vent his fury on every human. No fair taking a victim away.
It's your hell, you burn in it.
Your religion is a pile of misanthropic crap.
Your inivisble sky tyrant would be unworthy of worship even if there was the slightest evidence that he existed.

This shows quite clearly what this christian religion is all about: Control by guilt and emotional blackmail.
And it shows astounding similarities to a common scamming scheme: To claim that there is a huge problem ("everybody is sinful"), and the scammer is the only one in the world who can solve this problem ("so you must accept Jesus or be doomed forever"). A problem which the scammer himself created (interestingly, its the judeo-christian religion which introduced the strange concept of "Sin" ...)
"You are going to have to understand that YES, everything you do IS a sin"
We Atheists don't acknowledge that a 'God' exists, so how can we break any of his 'laws', if said laws - like said 'God' - don't exist in the first place? Ergo, we Atheists can't be 'sinners'. QED. And anyway...:

And the only ones who the Dark Judges (Death, Fear, Fire, Mortis) fear are Judge Dredd & Psi-Judge Anderson. Therefore even Death cannot escape mortal Justice - and Dredd is the Law!

Everything I do is a sin? Even accepting Jesus as my Lord and Savior?
> YOU'VE NEVER DONE ANYTHING BUT SIN.<
I guess because we aren't praying to Jeebus hard enough or constantly.
Guilty people don't "deserve" punishment.
The only justification of punishment is strict necessity, whether to prevent re-offending, deterring others from offending in the first place, helping offenders back into civilized society, or repairing the damage done.
Punishing guilty people is doing wrong to them - a sadly necessary wrong.
Anything more is an unnecessary cruelty.

key word "YOU" lets continue, "everything YOU do is a sin, but since I'm a righteous pure christian loved by my god, then that means I have NEVER sinned, that makes ME better than YOU!"
Confused?
