That is why God has given us a bible! So that we don't just come up with anything our little minds want to! Otherwise, the human race, would not have any rules, laws or guidlines to live by!

Please don't speak for me or anyone else. I do not need a book written by MEN about a GOD who doesn't exist to tell me that hating someone for the colour of their skin or the god they worship. I don't need a book to tell me that owning human beings and using them for manual labour, babysitters, sex-slaves etc is wrong. I know that a man doens't deserve to be treated like cattle, sold, beaten and traded like property. I learned this on my own, even though your great and holy bible says the opposite. I learned that woman have just as much right to talk, preach, pray or work, regardless of what the bible says, and I know that smashing babies and chopping up ones daughter after offering her to drunk and horny men to rape is pretty twisted. So again, don't speak for me.
The Code of Hammurabi. Ancient Babylon. With emphasis on ancient .
Y'know, as in before the existence of the Bible.
Besides, as I wouldn't want to be killed/harmed/raped, nor would I want my property stolen/damaged, why should I want to do the same to others?
Treat others as you would want them to treat you. Commit acts of gratuitous kindness. Be good for goodness' sake. See? Simple rules that cover all eventualities; that all normal, decent, civilised people follow. As in Humanist thinking. The Wiccans have simplified it even further, with their Rede:
'An it harm none , do what thou wilt. '
So what makes the likes of you think that fundie religion has the right to complicate such simple philosophies?
'When I do good, I feel good. When I do bad, I feel bad. That's my religion. '

"That is why God has given us a bible! So that we don't just come up with anything our little minds want to!"
- Then your lot created apologetics and you were right back to deciding that your god agreed with every petty, spiteful and self-centered act you committed.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
