"Here in the Midwest, and really in most of the country, there has been arctic air coming down from Canada for a couple weeks now. I heard on the news last night that, the only place in the continental U.S. that had mild temperatures was the far southern tip of Florida. Even Las Vegas was going to have an overnight low last night of 35 degrees!!! I was just wondering if anyone here feels as I do, that this might be a sign of God's judgment on this country for turning its back on Him? I'd be very interested in hearing your feedback!"
You really answered your own question in the first four words of your statement. "Here in the Midwest":

They're not the US's educated, intellectual elite for nothing!
PROTIP: 7% of Americans can't point to their own country on a world map. But I guess geography wasn't on your 'hoemskuling' curriculum eh, little Raptard? The very fact you're living where you are, not taking into account the geography* - certainly the meteorology - of the very country you live in, is proof of that.
I love living in the UK, being where it is on the globe. A temperate part of the world. And we Brits wondered why we bothered with all the malarkey involved fighting Americans for that country in the War of Independence? Frankly, fundies, you can fucking keep it.
*- Those who are employed by the Meteorological Office here in the UK, one condition of being taken on is they have to have passed exams in Geography. It's an obvious thing to know about, when deciphering the huge amounts of data processed by their supercomputers, relative to the country said weather info affects, then translating that data into a graphically simplified & user-friendly form for the Weather Forecasts on TV.
