I understand atheists very well. We are all born with the belief of a God, atheists pretend this doesn't exist, it's like a "Fad". Of course these kinds of dishonest behaviors of lying to oneself is often associated with other perversions(like homosexuality).

No, we're not born with belief in anything. We're blank. Everything we believe is influenced by what we see and hear around us from birth. I admit that human beings have shown a predisposition to try to explain nature and existence by creating supernatural beings, but we don't believe in a god or gods from birth.
"I understand atheists very well. We are all born with the belief of a God [...] From a Creationist's point of view, this seems very logical. It makes sense that a jealous Creator who very much valued belief in Him would make us so that we believed in Him from the get-go.
As for it being a "fad" to not believe in God, this is utter nonsense. I've been through religion (both Christianity, fundie Christianity, and Buddhism), and I now fail to believe in God because I find religion utterly irrational.
Of course these kinds of dishonest behaviors of lying to oneself is often associated with other perversions(like homosexuality). Correlation does not equal causation. It's just as likely that there are more atheists among homosexuals, if there is, because religion is narrow-minded enough to prosecute homosexuality.
Would you be part of a cult that preached you were a Sinner? I certainly wouldn't.
I understand atheists very well.
No you don't.
We are all born with the belief of a God,
No we are not. We are born with a belief in self and mom.
atheists pretend this doesn't exist, it's like a "Fad".
More like wishful thinking.

So many errors in just one sentence. Denying God is not always dishonest. It can be just following the evidence. Homosexuality is not a perversion. Atheists are not any more perverse than theists. Correlation is not causation.
Understand christians very well I do. All born with a belief in the Force we are. Pretend this doesn't exist christians do, like a "fad" it is. Of course, these kinds of dishonest behaviours of to oneself lying, often associated with other perversions (like younglingphelia) it is.
"I understand fundamentalist Christians very well. We are all born without belief of a God, fundamentalist Christians zealously pretend this God does exist, it's like a "Brainwashing". Of course these kinds of delusional behaviors of lying to oneself is often associated with other perversions(like pedophilia)."
FIXED!
kids aren't born with ANY beliefs kiddo.
Its BEATEN into us from a young age by parents, priests, teachers, "friends" and family, usually hand in hand with a hatred of school and learning.
A child's brain is a blank page, my furry fundie friend. Go read a book... no, not the bible, idiot. I meant a real book.
Eric - Yes, I was born a gay, muslim space-alien with an inherent belief in God, I'm just pretending to like science to distract me from my perversions.
It might comfort you to believe these lies, but that doesn't change reality. Atheism is the default, religion is a learned behavior--consider all the religions that humanity has invented throughout history.
Homosexuality is not a perversion. Bigotry, on the other hand...
Yes, we were all born with a knowledge of God, that's exactly why people believed in the Egyptians gods, and the Greek gods, etc..
No, I truly do not believe in God, gods, goddesses, or leprechauns.
Uh, humanity as a species does have something of a genetic predisposition to worship. I mean, most of what we know about caveman society comes from the religious artifacts and worship sites of the time. Emile Durkheim raises the idea that people experiencing the gestalt power of society tend to attribute it to some extrapersonal force, such as a god. He's been criticized, but the idea makes some sense.

Really, you do? Could you say something to prove you understand atheist very well, cause basically you haven't said anything in a post yet over here that convinces me that you understand ANYTHING very well!
A belief in a God must be learned, just like everything else. And everyone else is not just like you, people are different. Just 'cause I can't stand country music does not mean that I think that country music lovers lie to themselves and pretend to like it. I don't pretend to be an agnostic, it's just as deep as my belief in everyones equal worth and right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness/love. Fad is a very stupid word, and if it was just a trend in me, wouldn't that trend have passed away over the years (I'm almost 40 and have felt the same as long as I can remember)?
wrong. I was raised with absolutely no atheist or religious influences.
I was however, not retarded enough to believe in a 600-year old man taking all the animals in a wooden boat, or a magic sky-daddy.
get over it dude.
Confused?
