I guess hoofinmouther has never read the US Constitution, the ten commandments(especially #9), or seen the most popular potraits of Jesus either. The US constitution makes clear that religion cannot be used as a criteria for a government position and that it cannot be imposed by the government or its institutions. There's no mention of atheism. You would probably consider some of the founding fathers "atheists", like the deist. Considering how irrational your generalizations and false claims are, you cannot be trusted to determine who's "atheist" or not anyway.
This seems to be frivolous hate speech accusing anyone that you don't like and pretending that they should be denied citizenship on that basis. "Dehumanization of the 'other'" by someone with a god complex.
