When the enemy does come to attack us, and they kill thousands of people, some of you will be eating your words, some of you may be dead, and some of you may still be in denial about attacking the enemy, saying it won't do any good. Remember Pearl Harbor? When the Japanese attacked and killed 2403 Americans? How did we react when they threatened us again? Did we negotiate with them, shake hands, and the war was over? Nope! We dropped two bombs, one on Hiroshima, and one on Nagasaki, on August 6th and August 9th, 1945(respectively). Have the Japanese ever attacked us again? Absolutely not, and I don't think they ever will again.?

You don't realize that the one and only use for nuclear weapons is to deter others from using nukes on you. You don't know what "Mutually Assured Destruction" means. You don't know anything at all. You are completely fucking stupid.

i don't remember Pearl Harbor, and i'm betting that you weren't born when it was attacked any more than i was. but i DO know that the admiral who launched that attack had counseled long and steadily against such military misadventures, knowing fully well they could bring his country to ruins. i'm no admiral myself, but you don't need a Yamamoto to see that making enemies of all the rest of the world needlessly is a BAD IDEA.
Did you live during WWII? Do you really recommend unleashing nuclear power on the world again? And (this is the really big question, Jack) are you prepared to have someone retaliate against the US with nuclear bombs? Which American cities are you prepared to write off? New York? San Diego? Houston? Norfolk? Boston? Pittsburgh?
In WWII, the United States was a long way from the action and was the only world power to have that bomb, which made it a little easier to talk tough. But that was then, this is now. The world's a lot smaller now, and a lot more dangerous. "Stupid", or "bigoted", or "hateful", or "racist" won't cut it, when diplomacy might prevent the whole thing from happening.
I realize with sinking heart, with The Donald in power diplomacy is as dead as a door nail. He only talks nice to people that he thinks might enrich him, personally.

That's not true. Japan was like the black knight in Monty Python, both arms and legs cut off but still trying to fight. They wouldn't consider giving up until they were nuked.
