I've thought about it and this is what I've come up with: We're paying for our own kids futures. And their kids after them. And even when we don't have kids we're keeping the country a place where people have educations and opportunities so the streets aren't flooded with desperate idiots that turn to violence and governments aren't slapped together menageries of incompetents voted in by ignorant buffoons who vote for politicians like an idol show rather than weighing facts and issues. We're setting a safety net just in case we ourselves hit a rough patch and by catching others in that net they don't end up on the streets turning to crime and becoming a blind spot for the spread of disease. We're keeping the working class healthy and ready to return to a productive state once the opportunity is made. We're keeping crime down and with it the costs associated with law enforcement/prison maintenance, city infrastructure and cleaning up after vandalism, and even healthcare. We're all doing ourselves a favour because we're not stupid and we're not going to gamble with our lives.
Because when you actually think about anything government programs are for everyone's benefit. They're not a pointless expense and they don't solely benefit others. Even when we don't personally need to use them we cut off problems that would affect us before they even begin. They're not about people's sex life. That's your obsession. And not only is that crack about "only men" being net contributors to taxes false the majority of incels aren't really in a position to count themselves among contributors hating the very idea of it. An "it's all about me" mindset is not conducive to stable governance and the building of a strong nation any more than it's been for your failed romantic pursuits.
The saddest part of this is that I'd still have to explain this to some people who aren't quite as dementedly self-absorbed as an incel.
Not only is your ideology shit, but you can't even be arsed to get your facts straight. All of this is speaking for the limited, pathetic, full of holes safety net in the US. I am not going to research the intricacies of every developed nation.
1. There is no lifetime welfare. TANF is only available for two years at a time with a five year lifetime cap.
2. If a woman seeks state assistance, the state will pursue child support, so Chad can't get off that easily.
3. I am a woman and I pay taxes. I am also "supporting Chad's baby."
Oh totally. Because I, as an unmarried and childfree woman, don't also pay a shit ton of taxes that go towards supporting women...and men!...and children!...on welfare. We females actually get to keep 100% of our paychecks, it's just a really well kept secret.
