Scott Lively, at least Kim didn't have anybody killed (yet, she does have an armed militia).

Homosexuality being harmful to the environment?
One of the biggest threats to the environment is overpopulation.
Given that gay people tend to have less children then straight people I really don't see how you could get any more wrong than this.

I'd modify that a bit to say "So, not doing your job, when you know you can't be fired for it, is courageous?"
After all, I doubt she would have been so firm in her beliefs if her paycheck were in jepardy.
Also, I just found some of Scott Lively's book online.....naturally, it's a bunch of hogwash, but the thing that really jumped out at me was that he's another one of these guys that has to put the word "gay" in "scare quotes" ALL the time. What the hell is up with people doing that??? Are they trying to say gays aren't really gay or something? Or maybe it's just that they're hinting they'd like to use another term...
Sexual minorities in Ugunda are sueing Lively for his actions directly influencing the change in government that lead to them being arrested and killed.
That said free speech is protected here and believe it or not in Ugunda and Lively isn't to blame for the actions of others even if they were inspired by him.
