9/ The best way to do this is to sow division among them, to open their borders to the world.

11/ The historic injustices visited upon you gain sympathy among your host populations, despite what you're machinating to do to them.

14/ you proclaim "diversity is a strength". Although you don't particularly care for the "diverse" people you machinated to import

15/ They are just as unimportant to you as your hosts population, they are a tool to be used as protection.

16/ But your hosts are a kind and sympathetic people who don't hold hate in their hearts, all you have to do is not rock the boat too much.

17/ Quickly and without mercy you teach them a distorted version on their history, they start to hate themselves.

18/ You feel like magicians among these kind people, so you go further, you implant maladaptive ideas among them to weaken them further.

19/ The more their numbers decrease as their borders are opened the better, women are turned against men with feminism.

20/ This lowers their birth rate, rips apart family and cultural bonds, and their and numbers & power decrease.

21/ Your host peoples still have no hate in their hearts though, despite what the newcomers you brought in have done to them.

26/ Your position is now almost safe though, you hold the levers of power.

27/ If a country ever rises against you then you use your world spanning connections to build a coalition against them

28/ and if necessary declare war on them.

29/ Then you use your media power to depict them as the most evil empire ever to exist.

30/ The democracies are now unable to rid themselves of the forces they summoned from the steppes of Asia.
