It would appear some species are smarter than others, but no one has yet been able to explain if man came from Monkeys, why did the evolution stop. Why arent there apes out there who are in transition? Where is that missing link.

Every living species is always in transition. You just don't notice it, Dumdum, because it is a slow, multi-generational process.
Ignoring some of the more glaring errors (like that evolution hasn't stopped, doesn't predict that all members of an ancestral species will die out once a new species has arisen, and that humans and monkeys share a common ancestor, rather than one being descended from the other), I would agree that some species are clearly smarter than others. Why, whatever species sgtbono is a member of, must be one of the dumbest yet discovered. It's like the New Zealand birds, but with thoughts instead of predators.
Ladies and gentlemen, I give you sgtbobo, the missing link. Not quite as smart as a man, but not a fece throwing ape.

Some species ARE smarter than others. Dolphins are smarter than most other sea-mammals, elephants are pretty smart, octopuses are also smart.
As man did not come from monkeys, there is no reason to explain your stupid misconceptions. The evolution hasn't stopped, it might have slowed down a bit, as we are now smart enough to force the environment to adapt to us, instead of the other way around. Every single human is an ape in transition, stupid, and for every found "missing link" there are now two more missing links.
(Surrounds Lucy with a hundred flashing spotlights. Puts up a neon sign saying "Missing link here!". Puts on a glittery red and gold suit and does a tap dance with cymbals on knees while blowing a fluglehorn.)
(Fundie continues to say "But show me just one missing link!")
Well, damn.
Evolution is a tree with an ever-increasing number of branches, not a ladder with each rung leading directly to the next. There is no superior/inferior classification in evolution.
Evolution does not "stop" any more than weather can stop. When was the last time you got a flu shot?
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
