Why would you even have to tell me this? I'm already sure I won't eat corn flakes which smell like piss.
Pretty much all meat contains cortisol, as an animal being killed is damn sure going to release this stress hormone. Asians think it makes meat taste better, so they torture animals; Westerners tend to think meat from stressed animals is unhealthy. I'll let someone with a degree in biochemistry sort this out.
I rather doubt this one. Long term covert involuntary cannibalism would result in a detectable incidence of prion diseases, such as kuru, which was discovered in the Fore, a New Guinea tribe that had long practiced cannibalism. On a rather macabre note despite the practice being outlawed for decades, the last known kuru victim died in 2005, and it seems likely that a Papuan tribe, the Korowai, still practices culinary murder. People in south eastern Papua have starred in "Guess Who's Coming, For Dinner" as late as 2012, confirmed. And thanks for the tip on the cornflakes thing. Dolt.
