So if evolutionists convert Christians, then they are evolutionist missionaries.

People who believe and advocate the theory of evolution don't convert anybody. We just present the evidence and let anyone sane and rational enough to read and understand it convert themselves. This is in contrast to religion, where peer pressure, exploitation and encouragement of ignorance, and emotional manipulation are favoured tools for gaining followers.
Not even a little bit.
Missionary: "Trust us, this is all true. No, there is no actual evidence, just trust us."
Evolutionist: "Here's all the evidence, what do you think about it? Anything to add? Any questions? Would you like to help discover more and refine the idea?"
There's a universe of difference.
What if they "convert" someone to one of the theories of gravity? Or to the Big Bang theory? Or to Atomic Theory?
What about if I tell a kid about friction or momentum, are those religions, too?
Stop trying to pull us rational people down to your level. Atheism and evolution are not mythologies. They're based on rationality, evidence, and scientific facts, all of which are sorely lacking in all the world' religions.
Oh, and yes, science and Christianity are deeply opposed, which is the whole reason why the fundies try to fight science with their word re-definition projects, history re-writing, and caricatures of science and its scientists and theories. Christianity claims the universe was created magically in six days. Science says the Big Bang did it. Christianity says we're descendants of specks of dirt, evolution theory tells us we evolved.
Not compatible, unless you resort to the Metaphor Trick.
Evolutionist is not a word.
As evolution is not a religion, those of us who understand and accept the ToE do not have missionaries.
Helping someone drop ancient fairy tales in favor of reality is not exactly a conversion, it's a recovery.
And how do you categorize the billions of Christians who accept evolution? Accepting evolution does NOT automatically make someone an atheist, you know -- at least, you should.
Likewise, being a Christian is NOT mutually exclusive with accepting evolution, any more than it is mutually exclusive with accepting heliocentrism. Of course, if you're a geocentrist, too, I suppose the comparison is wasted on you.

So if evolutionists convert Christians ...
The two things are independent. Christians can believe in evolution, too. It's not necessary for most Christians to "convert". Biblical literalists, which are a minority of Christians, have a problem with evolution. But then again, they have a problem with geology, astronomy and physics, too.
No actually it's more like if "evolutionists" educate Christians about facts, and thus the Christians can no longer reconcile reality with their religion... their religion was just made-up bullshit to begin with. The great thing about science is you don't have to "believe" in it. Science presents the best and most-plausible theories based on the current body of knowledge. You can examine ANY statement made by science for yourself and decide whether or not it is likely to be true. Religion on the other hand expressly forbids questioning the "truth" of the doctrine, for the specific purpose that most people who start asking questions start finding that the answer is religion is completely ridiculous.
Confused?
