Obama did have a trip planned for Europe but now since the Brexit Obama has realized how unpopular he really is in Europe probably because of his drone strikes and supporting terrorism in Yemen and Syria and in Iraq so he needed an easy way out. The shooters attack has given Obama the excuse he was looking for. Now its time for him to talk about gun control again to manipulate the stock market for Obama's wallstreet campaign donors without having to face his real approval ratings in Europe.
