I'm very annoyed by receiving forwarded "Christian" emails. They claim "send this email to 7 people and you'll get what you've been praying for" "bless 7 people in 7 minutes to receive a blessing"
For me, these emails are a form of witchcraft, not that everyone who sends them is a certified practitioner, but they have a manipulative, formulaic tone to them. Some even urge you not to throw them away or you'll miss out or something else.

Sounds like Christianity, not Paganism. Why delete it then, vjaine?
Since prayers are rituals meant to incur the favor of supernatural forces, they are the same thing as spells. So prayer itself qualifies as attempted sorcery -- just highly ineffective sorcery!
However, chain mail (both electronic and the original, snail variety) is definitely evil, whatever its content. I can get behind that part of the rant with NO problem.

Yeah, I have friends and relatives send me this type of stuff alot. Try as I might, I just can't seem to click the delete button hard enough to do them justice. They are annoying, but that's about it.
JohnRaptor, you have to graduate from Hogwarts.
and, yeah, obviously chain mail is evidence of the hand of Satan in the affairs of Man.
In that case, consider witchcraft writting a letter, or just typing here. And don´t you remember the chain letters?, it´s the cyber version man.
Wasn't the bible about blessing those that treat you well? Or just God's people in specific? Just read your OT, I'm sure God promised Abraham that who ever blessed him or his descendants would get rewarded for doing so. Or what about the guy who was to curse the Jews during the trip to the promised land?
But who cares. The bible doesn't suit your desires anyway so why follow it?
Bad news, vjaine, if you read this comment you will grow inexorably older, more senile and superstitious before dying a lonely, feeble death with no hope of any afterlife.
There is no cure!
Yes, yes, if you squint at something hard and long enough it may appear 'evil', but you really believe this, don't you?
Please slap yourself for your ignorance. Trust me, this is going to hurt you a lot more then it's going to hurt me, but you'll be better for it in the long run.
Yes, those are kinda annoying and evil, yet claiming they're witchcraft is going a bit too far, don't ya think?
After all, the only thing that Satan could have ever created in this world is the M25 London Orbital Motorway.
"these emails are a form of witchcraft, not that everyone who sends them is a certified practitioner"
so are there certified witches?
is there a test?
1. Light a fire within 15 seconds without any human tools.
2. Fly on your broomstick for at least 15 minutes.
3. Seduce the local magistrate and steal his soul.
4. Switch aforementioned soul into that of a spoiled child.
"manipulative, formulaic tone "
Nope,that's definitely Christian.
Confused?
