There should be a charity that kidnaps people like this and ferries them off to live in places where there actually are no contraceptives, abortions or welfare. And without their comfortable western incomes.
Who, the men who rape women, who visit brothels and leave them pregnant?, the widows and the divorcees?
Things that would increase under this plan: Child abuse, juvenile delinquency, prostitution, back-alley abortions.
I love how fundies only reason for hating abortion and contraceptives is that they think babies should be used as punishments for people. I actually feel sorry for them. Their world has no justice, only draconian punishment for mistakes. Their God is a petty tyrant who takes plesure in the pain of his subjects.

As many others have said; using contraceptives when you don't want to have children IS taking responsibility for your actions, stupid.
What about new single fathers? With your ban on abortions, women who won't survive a pregnancy will not be able to remove unwanted fetuses, and will die during the pregnancy or delivery. Which will leave a number of single widowed fathers. Will they also have limited welfare, or is that a totally different issue?
