i personally couldnt care less if it was Satan who conceived the modern concept of animal rights. Animals have rights and we often deny them of those rights. Therefore, we 'animal lovers' actively raise awareness to the plight of animals and stand up for them, as they cannot speak for themselves.

So, following their 'logic' to its natural conclusion, Hitler was the antichrist, therefore meaning that the AC has already been and gone. You know who else was a vegetarian/animal rights activist? William Wilberforce, who got the slave trade banned in Britain and was FUCKING MENTORED BY THE GUY WHO WROTE "AMAZING GRACE". So, since poetic justice is the best kind of justice, I'm gonna use your BS rules of logic and cite your opposition to vegetarianism as proof that you support slavery.
Does it matter? No-one is pure evil or pure good, dumbass, including Hitler and Himmler. Most people have traits that you like and traits that you don't like. A person with many bad ideas can have a few good ideas too.
Animals should have the right to be treated with decency and respect. If you're going to eat an animal; kill it quickly and as painlessly as you can, and let it live as happy and normal a life before that, as you can.
