If the teacher lives a perverted lifestyle, what is vernacularly called a homosexual, one must be very careful when studying with such a person. Many times a father will want his son to learn to play the piano, or another instrument. Perhaps the only teacher available is an Arab, and the father hires him as a private tutor. But we suspect them of this kind of behavior and we cannot endanger our children in this manner. When we say that Jews are not suspected of this behavior, we are talking about the average person. But as soon as suspicions have cropped up regarding someone, we must be very careful. This applies to households, and even more so for principals, who cannot hire these people for teaching positions. This applies even if the person was not convicted of a crime and did not serve time in prison for these crimes. The fact that there are questions about his behavior is enough. There is no smoke without fire.

To whom it may concern:
Rabbi Yaakov Yosef inappropriately touched me when I was a youngster. I have no evidence for my accusation, but, as the good rabbi has stated, there is no smoke without fire.
Please remove him from the temple ASAP, to avoid any future molestation.
Peter.

What kind of behavior, being Arabic?
@Peter Fitzinya:
The rabbi also said that the fact there are questions about his behavior is enough, so that means he is a child molester.
What a horrid, vile creature Yaakov Yosef is. "No smoke without fire" is lashon hara or slanderous talk and forbidden by Jewish law, while those that bear false witness receive the punishment the accused would have received had he been guilty. Yaakov Yosef should be ashamed of himself.

Why would an Arab be more prone to homosexuality than anyone else? Especially since the Arabian culture kind of KILLS homosexuals?

Yeah, because judging people by suspicions worked so well during the Inquisition and Salem witch trials.

Okay, then since religious leaders have been engaged in some questionable behavior throughout history we should prevent people from going to church/synagogue/whatever, just in case.

See that? It's called dry ice.
Most homosexuals are not pedophiles. Most Arabs are not pedophiles. Mos Jews are not pedophiles. If you suspect people of being pedophiles, then fine, don't let them teach your kids. But you have to have some evidence for your beliefs, not bigotry.
@Peter
The good Rabbi also tried to sell me some Crystal Meth. Clearly, I would not make such hurtful lies up about someone, and well...the's no somke without fire, right? I also have it on good authority that he did...questionable things to a goat last night, too.
"There is no smoke without fire."
Bullshit. You just said that homosexuals and Arabs shouldn't be allowed to teach students because their "behavior" endangers the children.
There's no fire except for the one in your pants.
"There is no smoke without fire" is an untrue saying. Sometimes people maliciously make stuff up about people, or get things wrong.
After all, I could start a rumour that this Rabbi is a child molester (or kills Christian children and mixes their blood with his bread), but I don't think he'd be happy about it.
You should live by yourself in a single, underground room. That way you'll never by corrupted or subverted by any person the least bit different from you. Plus, you won't bother the smarter people.
P.S. Gay people are called homosexual in proper English. "Perverted lifestyle" is much too subjective and much too broad.
The teacher has every right to live whatever lifestyle he or she wants, on his/her own time. During class no form of sexual behavior, gay or straight, is allowed.
Perhaps the only available teacher is a woman. She might also be "suspected of this kind of behavior". It seems the only "safe" person to have around your son is a lesbian woman, if you don't want the slightest risk of "endangering your children".
The average Arab is also not suspected of this behavior, just as the average Swede, New Zeelander, Basque or Nepalese is not suspected. You're very wrong; you need some evidence, some grounds for your allegations, or you're just paranoid and/or bigoted. There is often smoke without fire; our smoke detector has gone off several times while I was cooking, and something got just a leettle bit too well done, if you know what I mean...

He did the same thing with me, but he was also wearing hot pink stilettos and a Platinum blond wig; apparently he likes the whole going in drag thing too.
"what is vernacularly called a homosexual"
Silly Rabbi, if you want to use the old "dazzle them with big, impressive-sounding words" ploy, make sure that you're actually using these words correctly: "homosexual" is the scientific word; an actual vernacular term would have been "gay", for example. Of course, you would still have sounded like a racist, homophobic, pretentious windbag, but I suppose it is hard to fight one's nature...
Another thing: that trick really only works on a deeply uneducated audience, like for example an congregation of one of the lowbrow/redneck denominations of the Bible Belt. Considering that education has been highly valued by Jews for centuries, you're pretty much garanteed to make an ass of yourself with that stunt (unless you're targeting an Ultra-Orthodox audience, maybe, but then you'd be wasting your time preaching to the choir)
@Sheridan

So I understand that in whatever dimension you live in, calling someone a transvestite is still considered a clever insult, eh? What's wrong with the "whole going in drag thing" that you would want to associate it with this ignorant bigot?
"The fact that there are questions about his behavior is enough. There is no smoke without fire."
Blood... Libel...
Therefore Rabbi, you believe that Jewish people have for centuries been sacrificing children? No? No smoke without fire, remember?
Confused?
