Yes, poor women and their children will have a much harder time under Trump, if he defunds PP.
No-one is pro-abortion, stupid, any more than people are pro-mastectomy or pro-appendectomy. They are just medical procedures that are sometimes the lesser of two evils.
Partial-birth abortions are extremely rare (and almost exclusive to the US), so rare that they hardly count at all. Most abortions are medical; you take a pill or two, and a couple of days later you have a menstruation (perhaps more extensive than they usually are), and perhaps there is a fetal sac, the size of a grape, with a tiny "tadpole" inside. That's the "baby" whose "body-parts" supposedly are harvested and sold at great profit...
You know what often happened before safe and legal abortions were available, Crazy? People left their unwanted newborn children to die of exposure or to be killed by wild animals, or gave them to baby-farms (in Sweden they were called Angel-makers; guess why), to be neglected and mistreated until they died, or were old enough to be given away to farmers as free labor.
What the pro-choice movement is aiming at is simply that each child that is born, is wanted, expected, loved and cared for. If you can't provide that, it's more humane to remove the embryo before it develops a nervous system.
When Sweden started giving out condoms for free to teenagers, the abortion rates plummeted, funnily enough.
I'd say it's the pro-birthers that are the (very feeble and far-off) equivalent to slavers and Jew gassers. They don't care one iota what happens to the kids once they are born, and will probably want to defund PP so that it can't provide cheap healthcare to the children and their "good-for-nothing" parents.
