I think it has something to do with those fornicators and adulterers NOT demanding we accept and endorse their wayward lifestyle choices. NOT conducting fornication and adultery parades and NOT forcing our children to consider those immoral choices as "options" during sexeducation classes in kindergarten.

You've nothing against movies and TV shows that feature adulterous and divorced characters, while the mere presence of a gay character - even one who is chaste - is enough to bring about calls for a boycott on the grounds that it is 'forcing sodomy down our throats.' So tell me more about how you're not asked to accept and endorse the lifestyle of adulterers and divorcees...
There'd be a lot more public debate surrounding divorce if it was prohibited, much as homosexuals have been prohibited from having truly equal rights in the past. Gays aren't asking you to endorse them, if that's what you want, but the disapproval of some doesn't mean they should be forbidden from being treated equally; Christians are not above anyone else in the USA, their opinions shouldn't be treated with special privileges. All this ranting just shows that you want to keep gays in their place because you find them icky.

Divorced people are allowed to re-marry without anyone batting an eye, fundies want SSM banned.
Divorcees (and fornicators and adulterers) are not demanding that society has to accept their "lifestyle" because society is already accepting it!

Because divorce and remarriage is so ingrained into our society, what would be the point? Nobody's demanding that divorced people be refused marriage licenses.

What about "forcing" children to accept that Mommy and Daddy no longer live together, and they have to spend the weekend with Daddy and Daddy's new wife?

Divorced people are RE-MARRIED by fundies without anyone batting an eye, and the fundie registrar making trouble has had multiple husbands.
