When these occultists talk about "opening your mind" what they really mean is to let a deceiving spirit twist your normal thought process and start to re-program your mind to accept that good is evil and evil is good.. It is at the very heart of all occultic thinking. I noticed that on the web sites that you listed they take the bible and twist the interpretations to verify what they are trying to say and to re-program you to accept their occult philosophy. It bases it upon faulty presupositions that man was created to be a slave. That is part of the great lie. It originated in the garden when the serpent beguiled Eve into believing that God somehow was trying to deprive her and Adam of the "knowledge" that would make them equal to God himself. But by partaking of this "knowledge" man had been enslaved to sin ever since, and it took the death and sacrifice of the Lord Jesus Christ to free us from the bondage that this so called "knowledge" gave us.

All occult philosophy is based upon some sort of "hidden" or "secret" knowledge that by only the elite initiates that have been preserved and kept for only those who wish to be enlightened to their version of the truth. Ultimately their version of the truth states that Jesus Christ is the evil one and that Lucifer is the true "loving god" that we should embrace. It's too bad that by embracing this knowledge that it will eventually eat at your soul and bring you into the dregs of moral depravity and destruction.
