I learned about God in primary school, as do everyone in my country. We're still one of the least religious countries in the world. Perhaps because we learned about religion as a subject, with a slightly clinical look on it, not as an imaginary friend who could help us if we're good, or punish us if we're bad... Too much learning is a dangerous thing to a fundie mind.
I use the internet mostly for keeping in contact with family and friends, finding recipes, using Google Translate and, of course, laughing at stupid fundies on this site. I would not benefit from the internet being shut down. Sure, I would have a lot of free time on my hands without this site, but that time would be very lonely without the contact with family and friends. I'd just do more cleaning, washing clothes and dishes, mending clothes...
I'm no fan of porn, but I know that the stupidest thing you can do to things like that is to ban them.
I know, from first-hand experience, that there was porn before the Internet. When I was around 14 years old, we were given a stack of magazines by my grandmother, to cut paper-dolls, pop-star photos, etc, out of. In the stack were a few of grandfather's porn mags, and I managed to cut a few stories out of them before anyone noticed the magazines were there. Yes, women view "evil shit" too (though I've mostly been reading the shit).
