Because the histories of miracles in Christianity are more reliable and present to the curious researcher.

Because Christianity is based on historical facts which happened "on our timeline", eliciting all kinds of reactions from contemporaries, and not in some mythical past.

Because the teachings of Christianity are in perfect agreement with what reason, common sense and our basic primary experience tell us about reality and our place in it.

Finally, because only in Christianity allows men to become all that they can be, and that is why it is the only religion in the world to have on its behalf the example of the saints.

The average curious researcher is going to ask for more than just an account written by a follower. Too bad there aren't any independent accounts of any of those miracles.

Actually, what's amazing is that there is so little in contemporary accounts.

Because the teachings of Christianity are in perfect agreement with what reason, common sense and our basic primary experience tell us about reality and our place in it.

Providing you were raised Christian and formed your ideas of reality from that context.

Miracles should be believed, it´s part of their stuff and the Bible concedes that are events, OUT OF THE NORMAL RULES, so they can´t be "reliable" to the researcher. The historical facts, including Jesus miracles and his life, haven´t been succesfully contrasted by his contemporaries but in a very fragmentary way, and of course, out of the M. East context, forget it. Second, common sense, logic and reason doesn´t tell you if Jesus is the son of God(neither will Celsus or Flavius Josephus), if he was begotten from a virgin(this can be discredit by a simple biology class) or the three dimensional nature of Christ. These are what St Agustine of Hippo said that were dogmata, that is, the core belief of Christianity that can´t be achieved through reason.
And study religion a little more. Baptists, mnemonites and other Christian sects don´t revere saints and, in some mainstream Protestant sects, they´re not particularly prominent either. Islam has its saints too, and Judaism has its prophets, and Buddist their "saints" too(the translation the missionaries gave to these people), and, finally, all mythologies have heroes, that is, a group of exemplary people who give strength to their faith. Inform yourself better and admit that maybe you´re Christian because you´re been told so.
