"because there are too many eye witness accounts of people seeing it"
How many would that be... Noah, his wife, his sons & their wives, totalling eight people?
You so sure that the 'Ark' exists? Tell it to the judge, pal. And courts no longer rely on purely eyewitness accounts, but hard, solid, physical forensic evidence. Frankly if, a la a 'Reverse-Scopes Monkey Trial', in which fundie religion (via it's preachers etc) was put on trial for it's very life, your case for the existence of the 'Ark' would have even less chance of success than that for fundie religions' legal right to exist.
Now, where's your evidence for this 'Ark'...?!
@Osiris
'I am still convince that there are UFOs and that aliens have visited Earth because there are too many eye witness accounts of people seeing them for it not have happened.'
"Fix'd!"
Welder's wife would have more chance of building & launching this:

...the Deucalion, than equally building & launching an 'Ark' - even that described in the Bible - then expecting it to float immediately after it's launch. The 'Nouvlesse' (in the Sci-Fi anime series "Kiddy Grade") at least had the technology to create something that could not only terraform new worlds, but could warp to other galaxies, as per their intention to destroy this one, as a result of the financial/social chaos left in the wake of their abandonment of such.
Good luck in building such an 'Atlas'-class ship-cum-mecha, Ww (^'Deucalion' near the Moon, to demonstrate scale).
