Yes, without 9-11 Baby Bush would have gone down in history as merely an incompetent president. 9-11 gave him the opportunity to show the world what a genuine monster he was, and how deluded his followers were.
Fortunately, the USA has been wise enough not to elect another republican as our chief executive.
