(Is it any wonder that conservatives were killed by the thousands during the French Revolution by the people they oppressed?)
The oppressive liberal leaders of France at the time where killed by thousands of everyday Frenchmen who wanted freedom from oppression and the right to have there own prosperity. They sure sound like conservatives to me.
