Technically, he is correct on one thing, that people came to the Americas from elsewhere, specifically Siberia and Central Asia around 17,000 to 25,000 years ago. But they certainly weren't Europeans and they've been here for far far longer than Europeans, so the land is still rightfully theirs anyway.

I speculate that he's referring to the belief some Turkish people have that a sailor from Byzantine Turkey charted the east coast of South America and created a map of it. Such a map does exist, it's called the Piri Reis Map and was probably made around 1513 which is obviously long after the paleolithic nomads settled the continent, the Viking landings and even Columbus.

This is known as the Solutrean hypothesis. Maybe there were some people who entered the North American continent from the East via the frozen North Atlantic. As usual, a Discovery Channel mock-umentary misrepresented the theory and its scanty evidence.

"The hypothesis is based on proposed similarities between European Solutrean and early American pre-Clovis and Clovis lithic technologies." And that's about it. Genetic research on Native Americans has not upheld the theory. It doesn't really matter, though. Any group capable of making such a trek would have had a culture so close to that of the Inuit or Lapps that we wouldn't recognize them as "European," regardless of skin color.
