[Any reasoning at all would be helpful though. It's a simple enough question - having committed the negative proof fallacy so beloved of Hope, how would you propose to get out of it? How even in principle do you think it's possible to prove that something didn't happen?]

How is God, the Son and Holy Spirit negative proof?
Well we are waiting for you to explain. You first have to understand the reasoning of God and Christianity to raise even your chocolate sword toward it. So far you have nothing regarding reasoning to hold a chocolate sword to the truth of God.
So instead of words lets have some real understanding and reasoning from you.

Because if your supposedly existent 'God' can't do something as ultra-easy as do a Morgan Freeman in "Bruce Almighty", then where's the reasoning for accepting the existence of someone who can't?

An anthology of ancient Mid-Eastern quasi-historical myths is not proof that YHVH exists as a literal being in the sky any more than the Harry Potter book are any proof that Voldemort exists. People need 3rd-party sources, physical proof, photos, etc.

I'm spiritual but I realize that you can't put The Higher Power in a book or books and insist on only one interpretation based on your own cultural biases. People like you limit Deity and deny others Deity's bounty and gifts. THAT is the REAL blasphemy!

The Universe....likely a multiverse....is so vast and our planet like a mere atom. It makes no sense to think that The Divine can be limited to the values of Iron Age & Roman Era Mid-East.

A true faith of true wisdom & truth would embrace both matter and spirit, be universal, allow differences in interpretation, and run on a more fluid, variable code of ethics rather than rigid rules. It would embrace change. If something can't adapt, it dies. A branch that can't bend, breaks.

You frums have such limited minds. You can't face that the real reality is made in shades of grey, spectrums and continuums. There is a basic right & wrong and good & evil but the variables are fluid. Some threats, problematic situations require different moral alignments of "Good" & "Neutral" to solve.

What really gets me is that, for your ilk, it's not enough that people follow Jesus....they must follow him the "right" way. It's not enough that a guy or gal loves the Nazarene with all their being, goes to Church, reads the Bible, lives a Christlike life and prays....they MUST believe everything's 6000 years old and that everybody's literally descended from a clay golem and an anthropomorphic rib-bone.

It's ridiculous! I think most frums don't really give a damn about spirituality; They just want to control and dominate others for funsies. Most Christofrums could care less about Jesus' progressive, humanitarian teachings and quasi-proto-hippie-Reform Jewish ways....He's merely a "Get Out Of Hell Free Card".

YHVH/Allah, ParaBrahman/ParaShakti, The Tao, Wankan Tanka, Bondye, The All, The One, etc. are all one and the same! SHEESH!

ALL GODS ARE ONE GOD....ALL GODDESSES ARE ONE GODDESS....TOGETHER, THEY ARE ONE!
(And it doesn't have to be a literal independent being or beings floating around, either.)
