Now, I am not rent a modding, just pointing out the obvious. Though HAPPY MASK MAN may have offended all of you, that doesn't mean you can bash on him specifically. Not only is that cruel, but basically you have shown me that you guys are hypocritical. You all are hypocritical because you all seem to prefer gay children. He hasn't targeted any of you specifically, and has mentioned no harm be done to any homosexuals, he has simply stated that he will not have gay children. But instead you all went all out and started just bashing on him. His belief is neither right nor wrong, because nobody can say anything is right or wrong. What might be wrong in your eyes might be right in another. So there is nothing in this world that is 100% right, or 100% wrong. So stop bashing on him please. He hasn't bashed on you guys, so don't do it to him. And you might think what I ask is unfair, but I know of what he is going through on this thread.
Besides that I must say that adoption just isn't the same. For one, it is not any of your genes, so technically your family name won't live on.
And mods if you think the above was rent a modding, then go ahead give me an infraction, or even the 2 points, I don't f-ing care. No person like HAPPY MASK MAN should have to be persecuted for not wanting gay children. And I don't he needs to support his reasons for a controversial topic like this is, though it is reccomended.

Um, there's a difference between preferring a particular sexuality and loving your children just the same whatever sexuality they are.

'Technically' your family name will live on, if they have your family name. 'Technically' your DNA won't be passed on. I don't really have a problem with that, though. It's more important to me that my morals and sense be passed on to the next generation than the coding sequence of my cells.

You can't say that raping someone or hating people because of the color of their skin is 100% wrong? Hating your own children because of their sexual orientation ranks right up there, too.
Nothing 100% right or wrong? Not even rape or genocide? Because I can't think of any time those would be even 1% right.
As for that adoption bit, a)that's not how family names work. And 2) Some genes aren't worth passing on. Some might argue with that, but considering the potential flaws some of them can cause I wouldn't fault someone for not wanting to put their potential offspring through that.
And no one should ever disown their kid for being who they are. I can understand how an orientation can give you the heebie-jeebies or make them a little harder to relate to but that's no excuse. Instead of disowning them you need to try and understand them, and if you find that to be too much work then maybe you shouldn't be a parent.
I'd say it's much more cruel for disowning your own children for something they can't help. And no, we do not prefer gay children, but you have the children you get and it's your responsibility to take care of them. Being thrown out of your own home by your own father will definitely cause you harm.
The Convention of the Rights of the Child says that you have to always look to the best of the child in any situation. So it's definitely WRONG to throw your child out in the street.

Perhaps, o great judgmental one, some of your imaginary children will disappoint you. Perhaps you really, really wanted grandchildren. File this under "shit happens" and move on.
I used to think I would hate for any loved family member to be gay, because it think it would be painful and difficult in life for that person (partly because of people like you). But then I realized that heterosexual love can also be painful and difficult. Nobody said life would be a rose garden.

Disowning your child for being gay is absolutely morally wrong. Just apply the golden rule, and ask yourself how it would feel if your parents disowned you for being different. Screw you and you pretentious tone policing.
