Because GOD trumps the Constitution. But folks can do whatever they want and they will. I, as a preacher of God's word, am still gonna point it out as as in while preaching the need for Jesus Christ and repentance.

But the question wasn't about you preaching the need for Christ. You can preach all you want. The question was about religious beliefs trumping the constitution, i.e. religious beliefs legislated as something everyone has to follow, regardless of their own beliefs.
Sorry, but that's not true.
Let me illustrate one point: I can prove the Constitution of the United States exists. Can you prove your god exists?
Missed the point, sure you can preach but your religion holds no athority over those who don't subscribe to it or don't believe in it.

I have no problem with that. Neither does the Constitution. In fact, it guarantees your right to do that. You just can't use the taxpayers' employees, property or money to help you spread your own narrow brand of religion.

Panz made a very good point. If you want your theocratic dictatorship you will be losing the very rights that allow you to run your mouth like that in the first place.
