[On the issue of transgender people using restrooms]
Gender neutral? What kind of nonsense is that? How can a gender ever be neutral? One is a man or one is a woman. The rest is made up PC Frankfurter Schule nonsense. No wonder we are in decline...

No, see, it's not the gender that's neutral, it's... oh screw it, I'm trying to explain color to the blind aren't I?
Do you have His and Hers toilets at home, fafold?
No? That's what gender neutral toilets are like.
Most guest toilets in gas stations and stores in Sweden are gender neutral, as then you can have only one. If you gender-assign it, you need at least two. It's mostly only larger stores and malls with five or more toilet stalls, that bother to gender-assign them.
Just like old and young can be neutral, gender can be neutral too. When do you stop being young and start being old?
There are people who are both male and female, physically and mentally, and there are people who are neither male nor female, again physically and mentally.
Is youth and age also PC Frankfurter Schule nonsense?
So apparently public johns are places where people wave around their various gender junk to each other's enjoyment. I must be missing something because I have NEVER seen a penis while using the public washroom. In fact, you remove the urinals, what's the difference?
Here's the big secret, fafold: piss in the toilet, just like you do at home. Or in your case, the sink.
Never mind the unfavorable balance of trade, the war between the Welfare State and the Military Industrial Complex for financial resources, crumbling infrastructure, 3rd World inequity, terrorism, partisan politics... it's the toilets that are bringing us down!
Won't somebody think of the toilets?!
A man or a woman or anything in between or anything outside the scale.
Anything less is made-up Conservative Correctness Austrian School nonsense.
@Nomen Nescio
No, not really. In this case he's wilfully blind.
I don't know any transgender people, but I'm willing to bet that when they walk into a public restroom, they just want to relieve themselves, not look for a date.
@KittyKaboom
I think "Schule" is German for "school" so I think the OP was talking about "The Politically Correct Frankfurt School".
I don't get it, either. Can anyone explain?
Meanwhile, Europeans continue to gawk and laugh at our gender-segregated restrooms.
Yeah, we're in decline. Just not for the reasons you think.
I think I can provide some context here. The Frankfurt School (Frankfurter Schule in German) was a school of Marxist sociology based out of post-WWI Germany. There's a conspiracy theory about them that I've noticed rattling around the right-wing echo chamber for a while now. It contends that after fleeing the Nazis and making a mass exodus to America, the members of the Frankfurt school began an insidious plan to secure positions at major American universities and seed the American political landscape with Communist ideas via the indoctrination of students. The intellectual basis for American liberalism since the 50s is supposedly a direct outgrowth of this evil Commie propaganda.
I've never heard anyone who believes this theory provide any evidence linking any specific idea to the Frankfurt School.This theory is simply used (as this person uses it here) as a blunt hammer to discredit whichever "central tenet of modern liberalism" is hurting their butts worst that day.I've even heard one Tea Party blowhard who attributes the slogan "Make love, not war" to Herbert Marcuse, an academic associated with the Frankfurt School.
Terrorism, killer pandemics, financial instability, civic apathy, political stagnation, economic disparity, changing gender views. This list is relevant to the fall of society. One of these doesn't belong.
The Frankfort School had some really important critical theorists such as Horkheimer, Adorno, Fromm, and Marcuse. Or to a certain worldview, the chief architects of the Cathedral conspiracy theory. I think they're just mad that some of their insights were correct.
Confused?
