I'm clinically depressed, and having a baby has over an eighty percent change of triggering bipolar disorder in me. Just like it did with my grandmother. And my mother. Thankfully, my poor mother was diagnosed. Sadly, it wasn't until after my one other sibling was born.
\nIf I have a child, there is a very high possibility that it will end up with the same mental disorders from which I suffer. The chance will go up for every child I have. Also, I've been suicidal in the past, and such incredible hormonal changes are almost certain to send me over the edge.\n\nOBVIOUSLY, I SHOULD BE PRODUCING AS MANY CHILDREN AS POSSIBLE.\n\nRepeat after me: women are not robots. Every woman is different. Every woman has different emotions, feelings, opinions, and capabilities.\n\n\nBy the by, my first reaction to someone saying something like this is to hunt them down and kill them. Repressing that urge is not 'natural'. God would only allow me to feel that if he thought that I was physically, emotionally, and mentally prepared to commit such an act. \n\nHuh. I think I like that idea.
