but dont you think that science is only leading us to another tower of babel? scientists are going way too far in trying to create and control life. next thing you know they will reactivate dinosaurs and we will end up in jurassic park getting eaten by tyrannosaurs and such!

As if we've got that much to fear from dino's. Cars, planes and sometimes bikes are fatsre than dinosaurs. And most of those critters won't survive a blast from a tank or a clip from an AK-47.
I'm surprised that he spelled "tyrannosaurs" right. At least, I think that's right...anyway...
Just a question, but if, as fundamentalist believe, that the world is only a few thousand years old and that people did coexist with dinosaurs and did survive the encounter, then wouldn't we with our more advanced technology be able to do so again. Hmmm? Sorry, I know this is pandering to those suffering from self-induced brain atrophication, but I can't help myself.
Conflicting religions have resulted in massive massacres and wars for centuries. Religions in their own realm have also slaughtered, subjecated and inhibited progress for centuries. And religions are far from done with the desire to continue such acts.
If they let loose a herd of T-Rex on every continent they still wouldn't have done a hundreth of the misery that religions have.
