(In response to someone saying gay marriage doesn't affect them.)
That's because you're uneducated on how it affects you and probably don't have a job. Working people are paying BILLIONS in taxes thanks to homosexuals and their incurable stds. We have to pay for their treaments and medicine.

Do you know how many low-income homosexuals not only have incurable stds but also digestive system diseases and anal cancers that we have to fund?! "Gay marriage" now gives ALL of them benefits to those EXPENSIVE treatments and medicine that WE have to pay for. Now we're going to spend more billions, more money we don't have, more money fighting diseases that will just get stronger, all to support their lifestyle.

You were paying all those medical bills before gay people were allowed to get married. Why is it that conservatives think that people wouldn't be gay if gay marriage weren't allowed?
Besides, how is that any different from the rest of us paying the medical bills of conservative lardasses riding their Hoverounds to Walmart to stock up on more junk food?
Doesn't that mean that couples, gay or straight, are less likely to spread STDs if they are in some kind of committed monogamous relationship, like, oh I don't know, marriage?
Since when is Political Vel Craft, a site that promotes the Khazar myth, a reliable source?
Also, not only are the diseases not a result of homosexuality but this is more germane to "sodomy laws."
So... they weren't doing all those things you don't like before they married? Hey, at least they were practicing abstinence, right?
And I know this may come as a shock, but 1) homosexuals come in female, too, and 2) straight/bi people that never have sex with another member of their gender can get STDs, too. Perhaps if you'd had a proper sex ed course in your life (or really talkative parents... *sigh* There are things you just didn't want to hear...), you would know this.
I say this as someone with a decent job with a Fortune 500 company, an associates degree in Business Administration, and 36 credit hours from a Bachelors of Science in Economics (minor in philosophy). So definitely not unemployed and uneducated.
You can whine about cost of treatment when all the manly men overcome their compulsion to scarf ridiculous amounts of fatty meat and get heart disease and diabetes, which costs us all much more.
It's mere coincidence that HIV got a foothold in the US due to gay men. In Russia, it was military advisors who had served in Angola and had contact with prostitutes that started their epidemic.
I've seen this "digestive diseases" ideas several times. An idea's going around that magical gay ass poking has the power to mutate normal gut viruses into HIV.
You make it sound like people get AIDS deliberately just to siphon off your money.
And remember, if you don't treat STDs, they're only going to spread. Think of those EXPENSIVE treatments and medicine as self-defense.
>I suggest that rather than tax the Hardworking American PublicTM, we should instead charge the bill for keeping people alive directly to Allenk893's bank account.
You sure? with a response that stupid, I doubt he can afford the bills. We should force Rupert Murdoch to pony up the cash first THEN tell me what CityData is.
“That's because you're uneducated on how it affects you and probably don't have a job.”
I’ve been working for 44 years, but go ahead with your bigotry.
“Working people are paying BILLIONS in taxes thanks to homosexuals and their incurable stds. We have to pay for their treaments and medicine.”
Dude, we paid for that when there was no same-sex marriage, right?
So SSM hasn’t changed anything.
Still hasn’t cost me any more.
In fact, it’s to my benefit, as married gays are covered under their spouse’s insurance.
“Do you know how many low-income homosexuals not only have incurable stds but also digestive system diseases and anal cancers that we have to fund?!”
I’mma guess at the same rate they had before SSM was a thing, but now they’re better covered.
Your math sucks.
""Gay marriage" now gives ALL of them benefits to those EXPENSIVE treatments and medicine that WE have to pay for.”
Dude, the cost of your healthcare has always included the costs of homeless and uninsured people. Their being married doesn’t change a fucking thing.
"Now we're going to spend more billions, more money we don't have, more money fighting diseases that will just get stronger, all to support their lifestyle.”
Do YOU actually have a job? You should be more upset with Nixon, for letting people shift healthcare from a service industry to a profit scheme.
Confused?
